Reservations made through this Website are processed via OpenTable. By making a reservation you agree to the following:

• Reservations are recommended and subject to availability
• For parties of 8 or more, please contact our events manager directly so we may assist you and ensure the best possible experience
• We reserve the right to release your table after a grace period of 30 minutes if you have not arrived and have not notified us of a delay
• Reservation availability and dining times are subject to change

5. Cancellation Policy

Because each reservation is thoughtfully planned, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may also be subject to a cancellation fee
• If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at book@thesuzu.com or through OpenTable

6. Private Events

For private dining, group bookings, and special events, separate terms may apply. Details will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Suzu reserves the right to require a deposit for private events, which may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

By subscribing to our mailing list you agree to receive occasional updates, news, and announcements from Suzu Restaurant. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
