suzuné
An intimate omakase for twelve, nestled within Suzu. Each course is chosen by the season, guided by reason, and served only to those seated at the counter.
A Quiet Celebration
Inside Suzu lies Suzuné (pronounced Suu zuu-neh), an intimate Edo-style omakase counter. Minimalist, focused, and reverent, Suzuné preserves the centuries-old tradition of sushi in its purest form. Here, each piece is an act of storytelling, a sequence that honors history while living in the present. Suzuné is Suzu’s quiet heart: a sanctuary of tradition within a contemporary setting.
